Damon Reese

Damon R. Reese, 83, went home to be with Jesus on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at his home in Ankeny.

The family will greet friends from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 19, 2016 at Saylorville Church (6429 NW 6th Dr, Des Moines, IA 50313) followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Albaugh - McGovern American Legion Post #42.

Those left to cherish his memory are sons: Mike (Shelley) Reese of Waterloo, IA; Jim (Carol) Reese of Overland Park, KS; Dan (Tina) Reese of West Des Moines, IA; daughter: Cheryl (Brent) Ouellette of Ankeny, IA; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In death Damon rejoins his wife Shirley to celebrate their 62nd anniversary together in heaven.
